These speakers come with the needed adapters.
For Road Glides that are 2005 and older, you will need the 2006 and newer Harley speaker grills to keep the speaker cone from rubbing the inside of the grill. They are Harley part # HD7702298B and HD7702198B which are readily available at your local Harley dealer for approx. $45.00.

In fact, the Retroradio plug-in converter works with a broad selection of modern in-dash players from Sony in 1988 and newer bikes, allowing you to choose the features and price that's right for you. Starting at less than half the cost for factory packages, Retroradio lets you tap into the latest audio technology including CD, MP3, XM or Sirius, iPod and more. The Retroradio controller makes the connection from the bikes hand controls to the stereo deck with a plug-in module... No hacking on the stock Harley wires! It even tracks your bike's speed to make adjustments to volume automatically - a Biketronics exclusive!
The NEW RetroRadio kit will allow the use of Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer and JVC radios on 1998 and newer bikes and is only $20.00 more.
With our Alpine, Kenwood, Pioneer and JVC RetroRadio kits, your hand controls will have most fuctionality, depending upon the radio you are using.
The Retroradio kit does NOT include a Radio, it is the wiring harness you'll need to hook up the radio and have your hand controls work as they should. It also includes the mounting harware and face plate you'll need.
Be sure to select the Retroradio you need for the particular Radio you intend to use.
