Helmet Return Policy
All of the return policy practices (below) apply except:
No Refunds on Helmets – Exchanges ONLY!
No exchanges on Helmets if there is any damage to the finish, makeup or facial oil on the padding.
If the Helmet is not in perfect resellable condition with all the original contents and the manufacturer’s box in new condition, no exchange can be made
- Any returns for any reason must be within 15 days of the ship date.
- There will be a 10% restocking fee on any items returned unless the fault was ours or the item(s) are damaged
- Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Shipping charges to and from any location are the responsibility of the buyer - warranty or otherwise.
- Merchandise is guaranteed with a manufacturers warranty. If the product is defective and covered by warranty, contact us and we'll give you instructions regarding contacting the manufacturer.
- Incorrect Orders: If you ordered the wrong product DO NOT OPEN the package. We cannot accept returns for errors in ordering unless the packaging is 100% intact. Please call us if you have any questions about your order BEFORE you order it. Some of the products have irreplaceable packaging and cannot be resold.
- Defective products returned to us in original packaging, as if never opened, with all accessories and owner manual will be replaced or repaired IF the return is within 15 days of the ship date.
- Products returned to us missing accessories, missing original packaging or damaged original packaging will be refused. No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
- All returns must go through our Return Authorization process. Send us an email or contact us and we'll give you instructions and an RMA number will be given to you. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.
- Special orders cannot be returned except under special circumstances and may incur an additional return fee from the manufacturer and or distributor.
